2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from it (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

3. Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
